Do you do credit checks?

We do not conduct credit checks.  We may do an ID check and we may look at public records but we do not do credit checks.  What we do does not affect credit rating and we do no income checks.

Is my investment safe?

All investments involve some degree of risk, but Fallen Angel Ventures investments are secured by both a promissory note binding under Washington State law, and a surety bond for the full amount of the loan.

Who pays your fees?

Fallen Angel Ventures fees are paid by the seeker (borrower).  No fees are paid by investors.  The Fallen Angel Ventures fee is variable.  Additional fees my be paid to finders and/or facilitators.

Is there a pre-payment penalty?

There are no penalties for early re-payment so long as all interest is paid for the full term -- our investors place their monies with the expectation of full interest payment.

Can I change my mind?

Yes.  Until the promissory note is signed.  After that the terms of the note will delineate the terms.

Is there a minimum or maximum loan amount?

There is no maximum amount.  We like to deal with a minimum amount of $100,000.

Is there a minimum or maximum term?

There is no minimum term. We are most comfortable with six months to two years maximum terms.
