Fallen Angel is not your Daddy's lender.  The fees and conditions of the non-institutional instruments that we use are at higher rates and different terms and conditions than ordinary loans.  We work hard to find Investors for our Seekers, and both sets of individuals tend to be outside the norm.  But that's why it works.  We welcome doing business on these terms, but funding like this does come at a price.

What we do is creative.  It's 100% legal (my husband is an attorney, remember?).  All we ask is that you (whether Seeker or Investor) are prepared to be creative as well...
